Stefan Gomoll Is An Attorney With International Experience

SG Law’s Principal Stefan Gomoll is an attorney with international experience in the fields of investments funds and property. He has worked in various markets, internationally, in these fields, and thus has experience with how international transactions are conducted. He has studied and worked in London, New York, Germany and France and speaks fluent German and English as well as having a working knowledge, but not fluency, in French.

English, German and Guernsey lawyers make up the staff up SG Law. It is a firm whose main purpose is to focus on efficient structures to acquire, hold and sell property, and other assets, in Germany. Since 2004, SG Law’s clients have authorized the firm to oversee the acquisition of over $1 billion Euros worth of Germany Real Property assets—an impressive accomplishment by any measure. SG Law has also overseen the transfer of private equity investments, to the tune of over $1 billion USD. An AIM listed property fund investing in property in Germany and a global alternative asset management firm are amongst SG Law’s clients. The asset management firm is responsible to manage over CHF 25 billion and has offices all over the world, in Switzerland, Guernsey, London, and New York. SG Law itself is based in Sark, a small island in the Channel Islands.
